| SHIPPING: We provide shipping within 48 contiguous states (call for rates to: Canada Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico,). All orders will be shipped from the warehouse in the next three-business days after your funds clear. Out of stock orders and custom orders take 7 to 10 weeks. With most furniture orders it is required to create packages for the frights company and we will charge additional fee depending how it is packaged. Small item are packaged in boxes and are shipped by UPS, FED-EX, US MAIL, FEDEX, ETC. ALL ITEMS ARE INSURED. |

| WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY: White Glove Delivery is available in most Chicago Metro Area. This service provides in home delivery and assembly of most items. Your furniture will be transported via local carrier. The local delivery agent will call you to schedule a delivery appointment Your furniture will be thoroughly inspected to assure that they are in deliverable condition. Deliveries are made between 9:00 am to 8:pm ,once a week, scheduled as a 4 hours window. Be prepare to inspect your order upon arrival .An adult person must be present to check the bill of landing and verify the quantity.It will be necessary to open the box to fully inspect the furniture for damage such as cracks, crush corners, dents. Please do not sign bill of landing until you are sure that furniture has been delivered in good condition. If you discover damages you will be responsible to notify us immediately and you must sign the bill of landing with notes describing the damage. Write down the nature of the damage on all copies of the shipper's delivery documents and have the driver sign them. Retain a copy for your records. Note: You should notice that new furniture might have small amount of dust, wax superficial scratches and packing marks from the wrapping materials. |

| RETURN POLICY: All returned items must be authorized in advance by Prairie Shore representative. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. You will be issued a return Authorized number (RAN) All returned items Prairie Shore Furnishings will apply a 30% restocking fee plus round shipping charges. All returned items must be new in resalable condition and its original package. No refund will be made for purchases until the items have safely arrived to our warehouse. Custom furniture and colors are not refundable. Final sales and clearance items are not refundable. |

| DAMAGE SHIPPING: In the rare occasion that you experience damage in your shipment box, please be sure to note it on the delivery paperwork that you sign, and contact us immediately. Some occasions the carton is obviously severely damage, please refuse the shipment from the freight company. In the event a replacement is delivered to you before original shipment is return, you are responsible for cooperating with the return of the item. Failure to return merchandise you will be charge for non -returned merchandise. Colors and variations in wood grains and scarring in leathers are natural characteristics of materials and are not defects, but rather hallmarks of quality furniture. It is difficult to control the expanding and contracting wood occurs by humidity or extreme cold weather. |

| CANCELLATION: Cancellation item must be in 24 hrs after placing your order and / or before the item has been shipped. You will be responsible for round trip freight if the furniture has already been shipped/produced and 30% restocking fee charges. |

| PAYMENTS: We accept money orders, cashiers checks, paypal; personal checks .All order will be shipped after your funds clear. Paying with personal checks typically delays your order around five to ten days until your funds clear. |

| WARRANTY: We provide 1 year manufacturer warranty must be the original purchaser following the date of or receipt We reserve the right to replace or repair your merchandise with an identical item, subject to availability or one of equal type and quality if the product is no longer available. This warranty does not apply to damages which result from neglect, accidental or intentional damage and normal wear. |

| SALES TAX: Sale tax does not apply to orders shipped out of state of Illinois. State Law requires that we charge a sales tax of 7.5% percent for deliveries or pick ups within Illinois. Shipments outside the U.S. are subject to extra handling charges and fees. Taxes may be required and are the responsibility of the customer. |

| DISCLAIMER: All furniture are subject to availability, the actual finish may not be exactly like pictures, zises etc, may vary, the monitor type and age, video card differences and printing variations. No two item are exactly the same each one has its own character all solid wood cracks are the result of wood breathing and drying and this is not consider defected. |
